In the program select your gpu and then click on "Save".
Open the program but right clicking and running "as administrator". You'll need to download ATI FLASH in order to do this. The next step is to create a backup of the GPU bios. It should appear on the front page the first time you open the application. Once your new driver is installed go into the Radeon software and disable updates. Radeon will want to automatically update to the latest drivers but sometimes there are bugs with new software so I personally use driver version 20.11.2 because it has been very stable.
